Be Part of the Inverloch Equinox Festival – Your Business, Your Creativity, Your Community

The Inverloch Tourism Association is excited to invite local businesses to get involved in the Inverloch Equinox Festival — a weekend celebrating wellbeing, nature, food & drink, and the unique experiences that make our town shine.
The 2026 festival will centre around:
The Wellbeing Expo – Saturday, 10am–4pm
The Glade Gala – Saturday, 4pm–10pm
But the magic doesn’t stop there. We want the whole weekend alive with satellite events — experiences hosted by local businesses that complement the festival, draw in visitors, and showcase the incredible diversity of Inverloch.
Why Get Involved?
Boost Your Business – Satellite events attract new audiences, generate extra sales, and strengthen your brand visibility.
Grow Inverloch’s Appeal – The more activities on offer, the more the festival will attract visitors who stay longer, spend more, and return again.
Exclusive Promotion – As part of the festival program, your event will feature in ITA’s social media campaigns and the official festival marketing.
Think Big… or Small!
Events can be intimate and simple or bold and large-scale. They just need to tie into one (or more) of our festival themes eg…..
Wellbeing – pamper and purchase sessions (think had creams, candles, bubbles and canapes)
Nature – product pop ups; sample and demonstrate wellbeing products and books guided walks, nature based fabrics and product prints as a green carpet parade (with bubbles or local wine)
Food & Drink – seasonal tasting menus, wine & cheese nights, cooking classes, bottomless brunch
Inverloch Experiences – art classes, in-store launch parties, book signings, supplier showcases
Take inspiration from the East Gippsland Winter Festival, where businesses collaborated to offer everything from pop-up dinners to creative workshops. Consider teaming up with another local business to create something truly unique.
Practical Details
Suggested Timing:
Friday night – kick-off events
Saturday – finish before 3pm so you don’t clash with the Glade Gala
Sunday – perfect for relaxed experiences
Costs – There’s no fee for ITA members to be included in the program. You manage your own event planning, ticketing, and setup; we’ll handle the promotion.
Ticketing – Pre-sell tickets to gauge numbers and reduce financial risk.
Key Dates – Lock in your event by end of October 2025 to ensure full promotion.
