Road Closures Bass Coast Cycle Challenge

Bass Coast Cycle Challenge – Rolling Into Inverloch Saturday, November 8 πŸš΄β€β™€οΈ

Inverloch is gearing up to welcome back the much-loved Bass Coast Cycle Challenge, taking place Saturday, November 8, with the start and finish line on A’Beckett Street. This annual charity event attracts up to 1,000 cyclists and raises funds to support L-plate driver education programs, making our roads safer for everyone.

While there will be a combination of soft and hard road closures in the area (details provided in the attached document), the event is a fantastic opportunity to showcase our vibrant town and bring new visitors to local cafes, shops, and businesses. It’s a great day to embrace the community spirit, cheer on the riders, and enjoy the buzz that fills Inverloch when the event rolls into town.

If any local traders have questions or concerns about access or logistics, the event organisers are happy to help β€” please contact Gavin Slavin on 0409 060 032 or Committee member Katie Hodge on 0400 039 870.

While the ITA is not running this event, our role is to share information with local businesses and help promote Inverloch as the welcoming, vibrant coastal town we all love.

Let’s show our support for a great cause and make it another fantastic day in Inverloch!
