Terms & Conditions

By entering the Inverloch Safari Slumber Giveaway (the Competition), entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (T&Cs). Information on how to enter forms part of these T&Cs.

1. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, excluding:

  • Employees of Ingenia Holidays and their immediate family members; and 

  • Committee members, employees of the Inverloch Tourism Association (ITA), and their immediate family members. 

2. Competition Period

The Competition opens at 11:00am AEDT on Tuesday 25 August 2026 and closes at 11:00pm AEDT on Wednesday 30 September 2026.

Entries must be received within this Competition Period.

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, illegible or misdirected entries, or for delays or failures of telecommunications services or equipment.

3. How to Enter

To enter, eligible entrants must:

  1. Subscribe to the Inverloch Tourism Association and Ingenia Holidays EDM databases, giving both organisations permission to send destination updates and information following the Competition; and 

  2. Complete the official Inverloch Safari Slumber entry form available via the Visit Inverloch website. 

There is no cost to enter.

Only one (1) entry per person is permitted.

The Promoter may reject an entry where it reasonably believes the entry contains false information, has been submitted using automated means, or has been submitted through a competition entry service.

4. Prize

There is one (1) prize, valued at up to AUD $1,305, comprising:

  • Two-night stay for up to four (4) people in a Family Safari Tent at Ingenia Holidays Inverloch, valued at up to $880. Value is subject to the number of guests and dates booked. 

  • $150 meal voucher for The Esplanade Hotel Inverloch. 

  • $100 meal voucher for Gather & Devour Inverloch. 

  • 18-hole round of golf for two (2) people, including cart and club hire, at Leongatha Golf Club, valued at $175. 

The winner may be required to provide evidence, to the reasonable satisfaction of the Promoter, that they are an eligible entrant and have complied with these T&Cs.

5. Prize Conditions

Each prize component will be issued as a separate voucher and will have an expiry period of one (1) year, unless otherwise specified on the voucher.

The prize is:

  • Not transferable; 

  • Not exchangeable; and 

  • Not redeemable for cash. 

All prize components must be used as specified. No compensation will be provided if a winner is unable to use any component before its expiry date.

All prize components must be booked in advance and are subject to availability and applicable opening hours.

The Promoter does not cover any additional costs incurred by the winner, including transport, travel, travel insurance, accommodation incidentals or any other costs not specifically included in the prize.

6. Accommodation Prize

The accommodation component consists of a two (2) consecutive night stay in a Family Safari Tent at Ingenia Holidays Inverloch for a maximum of four (4) people.

The stay must be taken within 12 months of the Competition closing date and is subject to availability.

Bookings must be made in advance by contacting Ingenia Holidays Inverloch directly.

The accommodation prize excludes:

  • Public holidays; 

  • Long weekends; 

  • Victorian school holidays; and 

  • Peak summer periods. 

7. Winner Selection

All eligible entries received during the Competition Period will be entered into a random draw.

The draw will be conducted by the Promoter at 11:00am AEDT on Thursday 1 October 2026.

The winner will be notified via the email address provided when entering the Competition, and the winner's name will be published on Visit Inverloch social media.

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the Competition result or any other decision made by the Promoter in connection with the Competition.

If the prize remains unclaimed after two (2) business days following notification, the Promoter may withdraw the prize and award it to an alternative eligible entrant through an unclaimed prize draw.

The unclaimed prize draw, if required, will be conducted on Monday 5 October 2026.
