 Terms & Conditions
The Inverloch Raffle is being conducted by the Inverloch Tourism Association (ITA) (ABN 31 496 699 044) which is a not-for-profit organisation. The funds raised will be used to towards the work of the ITA in supporting local business and promoting tourism such as hosting the Inverloch Equinox Festival, a community based celebration on 21-23 March 2025. 

Prizes

2nd Prize *

* Prize Value: Accommodation: $1,500, Dining Experience: $400, IHP voucher $300 (3 year expiry), Hamper: $200, Activities: $50, Extras $50.

* Expires 31 March 2026.

* If the accommodation is listed over $1,500, the winner can pay the difference directly to the park.

* Email to Park Manager to confirm prize. Email will be on voucher. 

* Voucher can be exchangeable for a powered/unpowered site booking at the value of $1,500.

* No pets.

* Accommodation booking cannot be split, must be one stay. 

3rd Prize #

# Unless otherwise stated food, drink and other purchases are not included in the tour.

  • Vouchers have their own unique terms and conditions and validity dates.

  • Prize winners are responsible for ensuring vouchers are redeemed within valid time frames.

  • Prize values are in Australian Dollars and are the recommended retail prices at the time of printing. In the event we are unable to supply the prize described, the ITA reserves the right to supply a replacement prize of similar type and value. 

  • The prize (in whole or in part) is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash unless otherwise stated. Any taxes, liabilities and costs not included with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.

Ticketing
The Raffle starts at 12:01 am (AEST) on 12 December 2024 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on 11 March 2025, unless the full allocation of tickets is sold out prior. No ticket sales will be accepted after this time.

Raffle tickets will be sold via manual tickets and on the digital raffle platform provided by Eventgroove Fundraising.

Raffle Draw
The Draw will take place at 5:00 pm (AEST) on 12 March 2025, in Inverloch by way of an approved random number generator. First prize will be drawn first followed by all other prizes in descending order. Identical name and email address can win a maximum of one prize.

Notification and Publication of Winners
Prize winners will be contacted by email within 2 business days of the prize draw and will be announced on the Visitinverloch.co Website, Facebook and Instagram pages, the ITA Facebook page, associated Inverloch and Surrounds Facebook noticeboard and Sentinel Times newspaper within 2 weeks of the prize draw.

Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed within 12 months or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to make any decisions relating to the prize that it deems necessary.
