Terms & Conditions
The Inverloch Raffle is being conducted by the Inverloch Tourism Association (ITA) (ABN 31 496 699 044) which is a not-for-profit, declared VGCCC community association. The funds raised will be used by the ITA to support local business and promoting tourism, specifically delivering the Inverloch Equinox Festival, a community based celebration on 20-22 March 2026.
Prizes - There is one prize on offer . Prize winner must be over 18 year of age. Proof of age and identification will be required during prize redemption process.
One prize winner will enjoy the Ultimate Inverloch Experience valued at including:
2 night 2 person stay at The Inverloch Glamping Co with a Wine and Cheese Package from Dirty Three Wines (valued at $1150)
Bike hire from Inverloch bike hire (valued at $400)
A two course dinner from The Inverloch Esplanade Hotel (valued at $250)
An Offshore Surf School surfing and sauna experience valued at $200)
An Inlet Hotel Voucher (Valued at $100)
An RACV breakfast voucher (valued at $100)
All components of prize are to be redeemed in one booking, with booking made via allocated ITA contact point. Contact details will be provided to prize winner upon advising them they have won. Prize must be redeemed in full within 12 months of prize draw, unless ITA and prize winner mutually agree otherwise. Prize can not be redeemed during school holidays or over public holiday week ends. Booking dates are subject to availability at venues and service providers.
Prize values are in Australian Dollars and are the recommended retail prices at the time of printing. In the event we are unable to supply the prize described, the ITA reserves the right to supply a replacement prize of similar type and value.
The prize (in whole or in part) is not transferrable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. Any taxes, liabilities and costs not included with the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
Ticketing
The Raffle starts at 12:01 am (AEST) on 1 December 2025 and closes at 11:59 pm (AEST) on January 26th 2026, unless the full allocation of tickets is sold out prior. No ticket sales will be accepted after this time.
Raffle tickets will be sold via the digital raffle platform provided by Eventgroove Fundraising.
Tickets will be sold at 1 ticket for $5, discounts for multiple tickets are as follows; 5 tickets for $20, 11 tickets for $40.
Raffle Draw
The Draw will take place on 27 Jan 2026, in Inverloch by way of an approved random number generator. There is one prize winner only.
Notification and Publication of Winners
Prize winners will be contacted by email within 2 business days of the prize draw and will be announced on the Visit Inverloch Facebook and Instagram pages, the ITA Facebook page and Inverloch and Surrounds Facebook noticeboard.
Unclaimed Prize Arrangements
If a Prize is not claimed within 12 months or is deemed invalid in accordance with the Entry Restrictions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to make any decisions relating to the prize that it deems necessary.
