🌿 Saturday March 21st: The Wellbeing Expo 10-4pm
Twice a year the light shifts, the air softens and nature quietly recalibrates. The Equinox is a moment of balance and in beautiful coastal Inverloch, it becomes an invitation to do the same.
The Inverloch Equinox Festival places wellbeing at its heart, showcasing experiences designed to help visitors reset, reconnect and perhaps even discover a new pathway to feeling their best. Set against sweeping beaches and wide South Gippsland skies, Inverloch offers the perfect backdrop for reflection and renewal, just under two hours from Melbourne yet a world away from the rush. There is an exceptional lineup of healers, practitioners and facilitators offering treatments, insights, mini sessions and workshops across mind, body and soul. Whether you’re wellbeing-curious or deeply committed to your self-care journey, there’s something here for everyone. Tickets are only $5 and include access to all of the workshops.
Detailed profiles of all practitioners are available on the Wellbeing Expo page of the Inverloch Equinox Festival website.

Guests can wander her beautiful gardens, the very landscapes that inspire her work, enjoy bubbles on arrival and view framed pieces available to purchase. It is a gentle reminder that creativity itself is a powerful wellbeing practice. There is no charge to attend but bookings are recommended.
🌿 Sunday March 22nd 7:30am
Start your Sunday gently with an outdoor Yoga Flow session at 7.30am on the lawn with Sophie Jo from Body and Flow (tickets $35, with a current bring a friend for free offer). Beneath open skies and coastal light, it is the perfect way to ground, breathe and carry the festival’s energy forward.
