Get the Kids Exploring : Discover the Screw Creek Walk 🌿

Looking for an easy family adventure that gets everyone outside? Just two hours from Melbourne, Inverloch’s Screw Creek Nature Walk is the perfect mix of fun, fresh air and incredible views, absolutely worth the drive just to experience this trail.

Start your walk near the Inverloch Foreshore Caravan Park and wander through mangroves, saltmarsh, and coastal bushland before reaching the Bluff Lookout, where sweeping views of Anderson Inlet make the walk totally worth it.

Kids will love trying to “hold up” the Screw Creek bridge for a fun photo and no visit is complete without snapping a family shot under the famous Magic Tree; one of Inverloch’s most photographed natural landmarks.

It’s a great way to burn off energy, reconnect with nature, and see another side of the coast. Dogs on leads are welcome too on the main trail — so the whole family can join in! If you turn off to the NEW Interpretive trail dogs are not able to join you.

👉 Find walk details and local tips on the Visit Inverloch website — and make Screw Creek your Cup Weekend must-do.
