Introduction to Creative Arts Therapy:
A gentle online or in-person introduction session to explore the practice and how it supports wellbeing.Thursday 24 July (online) or

Small Group Short Course:
A three-week course (max 6 participants per group), allowing for personal attention and peer connection.Tuesdays 6–7:30pm (5, 12, 19 August – in person)
