🎶 Strings, Songs & Winter Warmth: The Wonthaggi Acoustic Music Festival Is Back!
Mark your calendars and dust off your dancing shoes — the Wonthaggi Acoustic Music Festival is back from July 4–6, and it’s bringing three days of toe-tapping, soul-stirring, community-fuelled fun to the Wonthaggi Town Hall!
This all-acoustic celebration of live music, connection and creativity promises to warm even the coldest winter weekend with over 40 incredible performers, workshops, jam sessions, open mic spots, street parades, and evening concerts that will have you dancing in your seat (or the aisles!).
From gypsy jazz to flamenco fire, folk favourites to gospel glory, there’s a rhythm here for everyone. The festival brings together a rich mix of local legends and international talent, including headline sets from:
🎻 The Davidson Brothers – Australia’s own Golden Guitar-winning bluegrass royalty
🎤 John Flanagan Band – known for warm vocals and storytelling that hits the heart
🪕 Bass Coast Pickers – local favourites who never fail to get the crowd moving
