You’ll never waste yoghurt again once you know how to make Labneh, and you’ll see just how quick and rewarding homemade Ricotta can be. You’ll also learn how to age Feta in your own environment, creating a cheese that’s truly unique to you.
A light lunch of spanakopita and local cheeses is included, along with a tasting of freshly made ricotta and halloumi during the class.
